DAY 04: A SONG THAT MAKES YOU SAD

    Here Comes Goodbye by Rascal Flatts is honestly soo sad to me. I'm not really sure I understand how the lyrics relate to the song entirely but for the most part they do. And, a lot of songs you don't really think are that sad until you see the music video. But, this song you don't even have to watch the music video to think it's sad. And after watching the video it made me even more sad, a Mother saying "You tell my boy I miss him so much." Really gets me, haha I know I'm lame. And the part when the little boy says "There's no more goodbyes." Ohhh! I love when little kids say profound, cute things like that. So all in all, I could go on forever why this song is sad even without the music video let alone with it. And why it touches me so much, I still wonder. I'm a softy. Enjoy.  

                                          

DAY 03: A SONG THAT MAKES YOU HAPPY

    In 2006 Corinne Bailey Rae came out with her self titled album. And one of my favorites, although very popular was Put Your Records On, the one of many songs that makes me so happy. The song reminds me let go and "let your hair down". It makes me feel like a little girl with a summer dress on spinning around and smiling. I think all of her songs have great meaning and they really come from her heart. She's a beautiful person, with a beautiful voice, and a beautiful inspiration. What a carefree song.

DAY 02: YOUR LEAST FAVORITE SONG

   I don't like harpin' on other people's art. But, Single Ladies - Beyonce is not my favorite song. She's so talented and can move her body in crazy ways. Honestly though, I don't know if it's my least favorite song now because the radio overplayed it soooo much and it was so popular or because of the repetition of "If you like it then you shoulda put a ring on it". Hard to decide, but that's neither here nor there, It's still down there on my list of songs. I'm sorry Beyonce. I'm sure I could find a song later that really bothers me more then this one, but until then, Single Ladies is it.

DAY 01: YOUR FAVORITE SONG

    So hard to pick a favorite song, it's strategically impossible. I don't believe I have a favorite, I have many favorites. I don't believe I should be limited to one favorite, that's just outright cruel. Not to mention that getting me to decide something is like pulling teeth, I'm terribly and embarrassingly indecisive. But, one of the many favorites would have to be Gabrielle Aplin - On Your Knees. I've been following her forever on youtube and now she's made it to iTunes. She has such a pretty voice and she's come so far. Hopefully one day she'll come to America. Until then, I'll be following the youtube videos and the latest albums. If you have spare time, search her name on youtube and go to her account Gaberrz, it won't be a waste of time. She does beautiful covers as well. 

30 DAY SONG CHALLENGE

    Currently, many people on Facebook are doing the 30 Day Photo Challenge. I thought I would be different and try the 30 Day Song Challenge, slight detour. Since I'm a crazed music fanatic, I thought it would be appropriate.  So here it begins, I've actually already started on Facebook and it's currently day 03 on my challenge. But, no worries. I'll just have to catch my blog up to speed. And not always do I have the luxury of having internet daily so I'll have to pick up where I leave off according to internet availability, bummer, this challenge could be longer then 30 days.
